unavoidable absence

well, it seems as the internet evolves and progresses and my opportunity to spend hours and hours of mindless surfing gets reduced further, my frequency of posting has been quite poor, and facebook saps away what little social involvement i have. a lot has been happening in my life as of late, the good with the bad. linger's album is within weeks of holding a finished printed copy in my hand. a long battle that's nearly over.

most of my body of readers (katherine and, well...probably just katherine), are probably already aware of the life transition that kat and i are preparing ourself for, but just to reiterate, kat and i will be heading overseas in october, and i expect this blog will transform into a travel blog detailing our (mis)adventures in the tiny but overpopulated country of South Korea. c-gas wraps up on the 21, and thank GOD! that show has turned me into a cynical man in regards to the treatment of human beings towards one another. but hey, enjoy the entertainment! this transition will take me out of the spirit-draining machine that is television...

wish i was still on the churchill river, fishing out of rapids, taking a dip in the water to cool down from a hot day of fishing, i have found zen within tossing a hook into the water and reeling it in...

peace friends
